Job summary

Milhaus is seeking a Project Manager to oversee budgeting, planning, scheduling, and buy-out for multifamily and commercial construction projects. You will work closely with Owners, Development, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Architects, and Subcontractors to deliver projects on time and on budget in alignment with Milhaus standards.

The role requires 5–10 years of construction operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, and strong skills in MS Office,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or related field.
• 5–10 years proven experience in multi-family and/or commercial construction operations.
• Experience with pre-construction/estimating of complex projects.
• Experience building and developing subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, planning, scheduling, and buy-out of construction projects.
• Collaborate with Owners, Development, Engineers, Subcontractors and GC/CMs to deliver projects On Time and On Budget.
• Set up projects for success and ensure adherence to Milhaus standards.
• Monitor safety standards and project documentation (RFI, change orders, reports).
• Mentor Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Engineer.
• Engage in value engineering and pre-construction efforts.
