Job summary

Milhaus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead budgeting, planning, scheduling, and buy-out for complex construction projects. You will collaborate with Owners, Development, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Architects, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and on budget, while upholding Milhaus standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in construction-related field and proven multi-family/commercial PM experience, with strong cost control and the ability to guide design teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field is required.
• Proven experience in multi-family and/or commercial construction operations.
• Experience with pre-construction or estimating complex projects.
• Experience building subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute or supervise contracting with all subcontractors and purchasing of materials.
• Prepare cost estimates for proposals and bids; solicit bids from subs and suppliers.
• Monitor OSHA construction safety standards and reporting.
• Review costs and forecast cost reports based on accounting data.
• Lead design teams and manage project documentation and change orders.
