The role focuses on assisting PMs/PEs with project startup, subcontracting, document control, submittals, RFIs, closeouts, and change orders, ensuring compliance and timely delivery while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must have a two-year degree and/or 2+ years of experience in multi-family construction.
• Strong Word, Excel, Procore, Docusign and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of project startup and closeout procedures as directed by the Project Managers and/or Project Engineers.
• Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers in the Subcontract/Buyout process, including workflow, subcontract document drafting, processing and tracking, and purchase orders.
• Ensure Subcontractor licenses (City Business and Contractor's) are current.
• Ensure Subcontractor Certificates of Insurance are current.
• Process and track submittals and RFIs and coordinate responses with Architects/Engineers/Consultants.
• Compile and organize closeout packages for each project.
• Balance PCO Logs and CORs; assist in drafting and tracking Subcontract and Owner Change orders.
• Upload and distribute plan sheets, reports, and documents from Architects/Engineers/Consultants.
• Maintain drawings, SKs, ASIs, and coordinate distribution to Field and Subcontractors.
