Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: create and follow detailed project plans ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Team Leadership: manage trade partners, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
• Financial Management: monitor budgets, costs, and profitability while upholding quality.
• Scheduling and Resource Allocation: develop and maintain schedules and allocate resources.
• Client Relations: serve as primary point of contact and provide updates.
• Quality Control: implement processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Safety Compliance: enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Procurement and Vendor Management: handle materials, equipment purchasing and vendor negotiations.
• Problem-Solving: address issues to minimize delays and keep momentum.
• Reporting: present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
