Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Commercial construction experience (ground-up or renovations).
• Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
