Job summary

Etc Companies, LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead unit quantity takeoffs, develop budgets, and manage procurement for large-scale Multifamily renovation projects. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely bid packages, and coordination with subcontractors.

You will review plans, solicit vendors, negotiate pricing, and prepare monthly draw requests, while building a cost database and supporting feasibility and value engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering preferred, but not required.
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and budget development for entire project including unit quantities.
• Solicit proposals from vendors and subcontractors (RFPs) for the construction work.
• Review plans to clarify scope of work and compare pricing.
• Prepare monthly construction draw requests.
• Develop a cost data base and historical cost data.
