Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and develop budgets for entire projects.
• Solicit proposals from vendors and subcontractors.
• Review plans to clarify scope and compare pricing.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and change orders.
• Prepare monthly construction draw requests.
• Develop historical cost data base.
• Create contractor bid packages and assist Senior PM.
• Perform unit cost analysis and develop data bases.
