Job summary

THS National, LLC in Huntington, WV is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to assist in planning, directing and coordinating activities for a multifamily new construction project. You will help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with proper scope and quality.

Requirements include at least 2 years in construction management, strong communication, and ability to oversee subcontractors, safety, and on-site operations in Huntington.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction management or a related field.
• Experience with new construction projects.
• Strong safety knowledge and compliance.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Superintendents with daily duties, overseeing subs and materials.
• Meets with maintenance staff to confirm punch items and scope.
• Evaluates specifications and ensures start/completion dates are met.
• Ensures safety policies are followed by THS employees and partners.
• Inspects property under construction and coordinates adjustments.
• Ensures work per schedule, budget and contract scope.
• Documents daily/weekly reports in Procore for PM and customers.
• Assists in procuring materials, trade partners, and vendors.
