Job summary

DevCo US Construction seeks a Full-Time Assistant Superintendent for a 246-unit new construction project in Columbus, OH (Haven’s Edge). Salary range is $75,000–$100,000 with a 10% bonus target. You will support the Site Superintendent, coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 3–5 years of multifamily supervision and a 4-year construction degree. Excellent communication and strong relationships with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or commensurate field experience.
• 3–5 years of multifamily site supervision experience, LIHTC preferred.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of the project schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent on materials, manpower, and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports, and manage RFIs, submittals, and safety documentation.
• Supervise onsite hourly employees and enforce subcontractor scopes.
• Participate in inspections and coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction.
