Columbia Residential is seeking a Community Service Specialist / Rover in Atlanta, GA. You will perform general and specialized maintenance, supervise staff, manage budgets, and oversee make-readies, preventative maintenance, and rehab projects for our apartment communities.

You will work with the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, and cost-effective maintenance practices while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years related maintenance experience.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification preferred.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and EPA Universal certificates preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and assistants.
• Manage budget for cost-effective maintenance practices.
• Oversee the property, unit make-readies, and preventative maintenance.
• Schedule on-call and daily work orders with Community Manager oversight.
• Ensure safety procedures and on-site safety binder compliance.
