Job summary

Venterra Realty in Atlanta, GA seeks a Roving Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations across multifamily communities. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and move-in readiness while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead a small team, oversee vendor work, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure resident satisfaction and property standards. HVAC certified; CPO preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance or facilities management.
• HVAC certification required; CPO certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly, ensuring quality service and adherence to guarantees.
• Perform maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, exteriors).
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep equipment and areas in top condition.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily operations.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents per the TQMR program.
• Work independently while following company standards and focusing on resident satisfaction.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain standards.
