Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Millberry Apartments in St. Paul, MN. You will oversee day-to-day operations, optimize occupancy, collections, and resident retention, and maintain property appearance while ensuring compliance with program guidelines.

Ideal candidates have multifamily management experience, strong communication, and supervisory skills. This role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with annual bonuses and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree; 4-year degree preferred.
• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), COS, RAM or similar designation preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily operations and may cover duties of other positions to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Leads staff meetings, orientations, and performance reviews; coordinates with Human Resources for staffing and advancement decisions.
• Communicates with residents to foster retention and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manages budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to accounting directives; notifies leadership of variances.
