Qualifications

• Three years of multifamily property management experience required.
• ARM/COS/RAM designation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including occupancy goals and resident relations.
• Hire, train, supervise staff and administer performance reviews.
• Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor oversight, and safety procedures.
• Ensure lease compliance and timely move-ins/outs.
