Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Legacy Commons at Signal Hills, a 247‑unit community in West St. Paul, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations and tenant management.

You will focus on maintaining occupancy and achieving budgeted financial goals while delivering excellent resident services. The role requires short on-site supervision, training of site staff, and being on-call as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years property management experience preferred.
• Section 8/42 and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
