Job summary

The Norfolk Companies, a fourth-generation family-owned firm in New England, seeks skilled carpenters to install cabinetry and finish carpentry on multifamily projects. You will read plans, install with limited supervision, and troubleshoot installation issues while maintaining a clean, safe site.

• 5-8 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently install cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on multifamily projects.
• Read plans and execute installations with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot fit and installation issues on your own.
• Support and coach Helper Carpenters on site.

What You'll Do

• Independently install cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on multifamily projects

Requirements

• 5-8 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience
• Comfortable reading basic plans and performing installations with some independence
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
