Job summary

The Norfolk Companies in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced carpenter for full-time, year-round work installing custom cabinets and countertops. You will read plans and perform installations with increasing independence, delivering precise results on customer-facing jobs, and maintaining a clean, professional jobsite.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience.
• Comfortable reading plans and performing installations with some independence.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform custom cabinet installation, countertop setting, and finish carpentry under moderate supervision
• Read plans and execute portions of installations with growing independence
• Deliver clean, precise work on customer-facing jobs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
