Job summary

The Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is hiring for a full-time position based in New England. You will participate in real custom installs, moving beyond prep and cleanup to help deliver showroom-quality work.

Starting pay is $24/hour with benefits including health, dental & vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. You will work 40+ hours per week, supporting PMs and crews on multiple job sites across rotation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or related jobsite experience.
• Comfortable reading plans and following installation instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel between job sites required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support full team alignments across active jobsites - running material, tools, and parts where the crew needs them
• Assist with punch list work - finish details, corrections, and final touch-ups that get a job to completion
• Provide field support to Project Managers, helping keep jobs on schedule and communication flowing between the field and office
• Help with cabinet installation, countertop setting, and finish carpentry tasks as needed
• Move between jobsites to fill in wherever support is needed that day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Work alongside Apprentices, carpenters, and PMs as part of a crew
