Job summary

The Norfolk Companies is seeking an experienced carpenter installer to independently install cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on multifamily projects across New England. You will read plans and execute installations with minimal supervision, troubleshoot issues, and keep the jobsite clean and safe.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of carpentry or cabinet installation experience.
• Ability to read basic plans and perform installations with some independence.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

What You\'ll Do

• Independently install cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on multifamily projects


• Read plans and execute installations with minimal supervision


• Troubleshoot fit and installation issues on your own


• Support and coach Helper Carpenters on site


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Requirements

• 5-8 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience


• Comfortable reading basic plans and performing installations with some independence


• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.


• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus


• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
