Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Tysons, VA is seeking a Financial Analyst for Capital Markets (Multifamily). You will support the MAG team with financial analyses, pro forma modeling, and market research to inform transactions in multifamily assets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis and Excel modeling; candidates must be able to work on-site and occasionally outside normal hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
• 0-2 years of financial analysis and Excel modeling experience.
• Experience with discounted cash flow models in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Multifamily Broker team financial analysis and valuation modeling requests.
• Prepare pro forma statements and DCF analyses in Excel.
• Audit existing financial models for input accuracy.
• Research market data and demographics; summarize findings clearly.
• Prepare offering memorandums and valuation documents.
• Communicate with clients during the sales process.
