Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field.
• 2-5 years of financial analysis and modeling experience.
• Capital Markets experience a plus.
• Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex broker financial analyses and project management on opportunities.
• Prepare pro forma statements and discounted cash flow models.
• Audit financial models for accuracy and data integrity.
• Conduct market research and summarize findings clearly.
• Review leases and extract key financial data points.
