Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Financial Analyst in New York to support investment sales brokerage services across multifamily, office, industrial, and retail sectors. The CMFA Hub Analyst will perform pricing analysis, build Excel valuation models, conduct lease abstractions, and assist with due diligence under senior supervision.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and an interest in capital markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• 0–2 years of financial analysis and modeling experience preferred.
• Experience with Argus and Excel discounted cash flow models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pro forma statements and DCF analyses.
• Audit existing financial models for accuracy.
• Review leases and abstract key data points.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings.
• Develop high-level summaries of transaction considerations.
