Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager on a multifamily property.
• Must effectively communicate with residents and team members.
• High sense of urgency with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect all rent, late fees, and utility payments.
• Prepare, file, and follow up on all eviction cases in a timely manner.
• Review lease expiration on a 90-day cycle.
