Qualifications

• Experience in asset management for residential multifamily properties.
• Oversight of property managers and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business plans including objectives, compliance goals, and financial targets.
• Perform on-site property visits and reviews to evaluate performance.
• Create and follow up on corrective action plans for deficiencies found at properties.
• Proactively create new initiatives to enhance property performance.
• Review monthly and annual financial statements.
