Job summary

Ahp Management Corp. is seeking a Community Leasing Specialist in Tallahassee, FL. You will market, show, and lease apartments while representing the company in a courteous manner to applicants and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Property management software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the property for guests before opening.
• Lease apartments and aim for strong closing ratios.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and resident events.
• Conduct site tours of the property.
• Develop effective telephone and personal sales techniques.
• Design marketing campaigns to generate activity and leads.
• Maintain accurate inventory of available apartments and renewals.
• Renew leases and negotiate rent increases when possible.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in kits; explain documents to residents.
