Job summary

Jobot, based in Raleigh, NC, seeks an Acquisitions Analyst specializing in affordable housing and LIHTC. The role targets candidates with 2–4 years in multifamily real estate and strong Excel skills to support underwriting, diligences, closings, and capital-market tasks.

You will build data rooms, coordinate with brokers and lenders, perform rent and operating analyses, and assist with capex and equity submissions while collaborating with senior investment staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Approximately 2-4 years of multifamily real estate, affordable housing, acquisitions, asset management, underwriting or similar transactions.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and refinance transactions from diligence through closing.
• Build and manage transaction data rooms and document flow across deals.
• Coordinate with sellers, brokers, lenders, property managers, attorneys, and other counterparties.
• Maintain closing checklists, document requests, and timelines.
