Job summary

NSA is seeking Linguists (MDLAs) to contribute to SIGINT by analyzing foreign language materials, translating, and providing analytic support across multiple offices. LADP offers an intensive training track with diverse operational tours and classroom instruction to build core analytic competencies.

Applicants must meet ILR 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language and have at least a high school diploma with relevant experience.

Qualifications

Minimum degree required; ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for target language.
Experience in translation, transcription, or analysis in language settings is required.
Civilian or military experience relevant to NSA SIGINT or Cybersecurity mission may be considered.

Responsibilities

Analyze, transcribe, and translate key information for policymakers and military leaders.
Research cultures and geopolitical contexts to support intelligence assessments.
Develop and apply analytic techniques to synthesize large data sets from diverse sources.
Craft written and oral assessments with unique insights for intelligence purposes.
Work independently and collaborate with NSA analysts and IC partners on research, analysis, and reporting.
