Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT, systems administration or related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office 365.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and storage technologies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports IT infrastructure.
• Performs planning, designing, and evaluation of IT tools.
• Backs up and responds to system requests or upgrades; handles complex tasks.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems with little supervision.
• Implements standards for operations ensuring hardware/software compatibility.
• Administers, tests, and maintains OS and related software.
• Schedules backups and data recoveries as needed.
• Performs root cause analysis, diagnostics, and monitoring.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements efficiencies.
• Creates and maintains system documentation and user guides.
• Plans and designs new platforms and integrates new technologies.
• Performs cost analysis of new platforms and technologies.
• Reviews the problem management register and actions.
• Applies scripting to automate related tasks.
