Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports IT systems and infrastructure.
• Conducts analysis and evaluation of IT tools and methods.
• Responds to user requests and resolves complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Performs system backups and data recoveries as needed.
• Plans and implements deployment of new platforms and technologies.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation and user guides.
• Applies scripting to automate related tasks.
• Reviews problem management records to identify actions and improvements.
