Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT, systems administration or related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft OS and products (Windows, Windows Server, Office365, SharePoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT systems infrastructures.
• Conduct moderately complex analysis and planning.
• Respond to user requests for system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Implement standards for operations and ensure hardware/software compatibility.
• Administer and test operating systems and related software.
• Schedule and monitor backups; perform data recoveries if needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis and monitor production systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements with the team.
• Create and maintain systems documentation and guides.
• Plan and design new platforms and integrate technology.
• Evaluate new platforms and releases; cost analysis.
• Develop recovery plans to reduce downtime during outages.
• Review problem management and drive actions.
• Apply scripting to automate tasks.
