Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or related IT field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and related products.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports IT systems infrastructures.
• Conducts moderately complex analysis planning, design, and evaluation of IT tools.
• Responds to user requests for system upgrades or complex issues.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems with limited supervision.
• Maintains operating systems and related software.
• Performs data backups, recoveries, and recovery planning.
• Creates and maintains system documentation and user guides.
• Assists in planning new platforms and integrating new technologies.
