Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, helpful attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic math and reading skills for pricing and inventory.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Integrity and adherence to store policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Assist customers with questions, product locating, and substitutions.
• Bag groceries and help load items into vehicles.
• Maintain carts and organize store entrances.
• Stock shelves, build displays, and follow planograms.
• Process e-commerce orders and assist with floral and produce preparation.
• Operate store equipment safely and collaborate with teammates.
• Perform other duties as required including courtesy clerk tasks.
