Job summary

Jackson Services, Inc is seeking a Production Plant Floater to support multiple production areas across the facility. The role requires adaptability to various tasks including soil room, sorting, washing, drying, finishing, packing, and loading based on daily needs.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong attendance, reliability, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. This on-site position offers full-time hours and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, laundry, or production is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between production departments as assigned by management.
• Perform duties in soil room, sorting, wash aisle, drying, finishing/folding, packing, shipping and loading.
• Follow production standards and quality requirements.
• Help meet daily production goals and address bottlenecks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow PPE policies.
• Assist with cross-training and learning new tasks and equipment.
