You will lead high-profile PR and marketing accounts connecting brands with multicultural media, public officials, and community-based organizations, developing integrated strategies and guiding creative. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or vocational degree from a fully accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in an advertising or PR agency.
• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing managerial role or above.
• Experience with multicultural and Asian American and Pacific Islander consumers.
• Experience with regulated industries or state initiatives.
• Experience leading integrated brand campaigns.
• Proven experience growing business, finding new ways in, charting new pathways.
• Ability to role model the agency’s vision and connect it to client’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated cross-functional team for multiple client accounts.
• Own the client relationship, establishing solid relationships with senior level clients.
• Drive growth of the client relationship by exceeding client expectations and identifying new opportunities.
• Provide multicultural strategic direction on campaign and press materials across in-language creative.
• Build a high-performing team culture as the account leader for their clients.
• Actively participate in strategy and creative reviews and key client meetings.
