We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing Account Services team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and is eager to learn the B2C marketing campaign development within an agency setting.
Support Managers, and Directors in managing day-to-day client
relationships.
Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, status reports, meeting recap and other client-facing materials.
Help maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple concurrent projects.
Monitor project status and proactively identify potential scheduling risks.
Update project status for client and for internal teams
Schedule internal meetings to facilitate discussion, alignment and readiness for client deliverables
Ensure creative assets, documents, and project files are properly organized and up to date.
Assist with routing creative for internal reviews and client approvals.
Coordinate with translators/vendors of assigned projects
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, PR and traditional media.
Coordinate campaign deliverables with internal departments and external vendors.
Assist with quality assurance by reviewing creative materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Track campaign milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
Execute client events by ordering event giveaways; transporting event materials such as a portable tent, giveaways and other promotional materials to event locations; setting up the event booth; interacting with event attendees; breaking down the booth; tracking event material inventory and transporting event materials back to office.
Maintain project documentation, budgets, estimates, and billing trackers.
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and budget reconciliation.
Prepare competitive research, market research, and industry trend summaries.
Organize internal meetings, workshops, and project kickoffs.
Prepare coverage and lead reports for select client
Schedule and follow up on media interviews for select client
Manage PO's, vendor invoices, matching to prepare billing for assigned projects
Collect campaign performance data from internal teams and partners.
Assist in preparing campaign reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
Help identify key insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.

Work Model: IW Group supports a hybrid work schedule. Teams are required to work in-office at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
Work Environment: This role is based primarily in the IW Group office and may also involve working at client sites or other designated locations.
Work Hours: Project timelines may occasionally require extended hours, including evenings or weekends.
Travel and Events: This role may involve working outside the office for client events and may include occasional travel beyond the local area, including national or international locations.
