Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Akron, OH is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, diagnose breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and work closely with production and other maintenance team members to keep lines running.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $27.28–$38.98, overtime premiums, paid training, and a path for advancement across PCA’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; willingness to learn multi-craft skills.
• Ability to work assigned shift (3rd) and extended hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
• Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs
