The role involves performing inspections, servicing plant machinery, and applying preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. You will collaborate within a team to address equipment and process issues while following strict safety protocols, including LOTO, PPE, and other permits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in compliance with plant safety requirements.
• Collaborate within a team to address equipment and process issues.
• Repair and replace faulty components as needed.
• Perform heavy physical and/or dirty work as required.
• Provide service in a respectful manner.
• Be dependable - follow through on commitments, promises, and keep your word. Walk the talk and be responsive to requests.
• Utilize safety precautions and conduct work in a safe manner (e.g., LOTO, PPE, confined space, hot work permits).
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant machinery.
