You will diagnose equipment failures, perform repairs, and execute preventive/predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. The role requires hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read schematics and drawings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in industrial maintenance or related field desired.
• Experience across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems preferred.
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production equipment failures and perform corrective repairs.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment breakdowns during production.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues.
• Assist with installation, startup, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain records in CMMS/ERP maintenance systems.
