Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for the Obetz, OH area. This first-shift, direct-hire role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and safe operation of production equipment in a high-volume environment. The pay range is $32-$38 per hour, dependent on experience and interview performance.

Responsibilities include wiring, gearboxes, pumps, and motors maintenance, as well as interpreting diagrams and performing preventive tasks to ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience performing mechanical and electrical maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and basic control circuits.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment to minimize downtime.
• Set up and adjust production equipment for efficient operation.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on extruders, pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Use a voltmeter and read 480V three-phase systems to diagnose issues.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and log work performed.
