Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot PLC controls, drive-controlled systems, and automated production networks.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and electrical systems.
• Perform welding, metal fabrication, and mechanical repairs using drawings and schematics.
• Carry out general facility maintenance including doors, fixtures, drywall, and painting.
• Order parts and maintain inventory accuracy.

In a Maintenance Technician - Multi-Craft III job you'll be responsible for:

• Performing complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and repair machinery, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions in PLC controls, drive-controlled machine systems, and automated production networks.
• Executing routine preventative maintenance schedules across production machinery, electrical systems, and material transfer piping.
• Performing welding, custom metal fabrication, and mechanical repairs utilizing equipment manuals, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Carrying out general facility maintenance and repairs, including doors, building fixtures, drywall, and painting.
• Ordering required supplies, parts, and maintenance materials while maintaining precise tracking of in-stock inventory.

What you'll need:

• At least 3 years of hands-on production maintenance technician experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with 12-volt through 480-volt electrical circuits.
• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing PLC systems, process controls, and drive-controlled equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational diploma or technical degree preferred).
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently (and up to 100 lbs occasionally).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
