Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Lancaster, PA box plant. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment as part of a multicraft team.

The role includes training to advance skill levels, a 3-shift schedule, and competitive pay of $28–$38 per hour with benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation/holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• The production schedule is 3 shifts; flexibility to work any shift.
• Be Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities and respond to breakdowns.
• All Maintenance Technician positions are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills.
