Job summary

Burlington is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with Multicraft electrical experience for its Raeford, NC manufacturing operation. The role covers electrical and mechanical servicing, maintenance efficiency, and troubleshooting of production machinery, plant utilities, and grounds.

Pay rate ranges from $20 to $35 per hour. The position includes full-time hours, benefits, and shift options to support continuous production and safety standards at the Raeford site.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 1–3 years of electrical/mechanical or multicraft maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and modernization of electrical, mechanical components to provide uninterrupted service.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs to keep production machinery in good condition.
• Adhere to safety standards and inspect workmanship at completion of jobs.
• Inspect and ensure proper maintenance of facility machinery and building.
• Maintain inventories of maintenance supplies and parts and review for proper upkeep.
• Recommend and plan equipment needs to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Layout electrical and mechanical equipment and modify facilities within the plant.
