Job summary

Burlington is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with Multicraft electrical experience to support its Raeford, NC manufacturing operation, performing electrical and mechanical servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on production machinery, plant systems, and utilities.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and cost-effective improvements, with shift options including night schedules and overtime. 1–3 years of experience and an associates degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electrical, mechanical or multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment or equivalent education.
• Experience and education must be verifiable.
• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Technologies, Electrical Systems Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and modernization of electrical and mechanical components to provide uninterrupted service.
• Troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment to maximize production uptime.
• Inspect jobs in process and at completion to ensure safety and workmanship standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance of facility machinery and building.
• Recommend, plan and implement equipment needs to improve production efficiency and/or reduce costs.
• Handle electrical and mechanical equipment layouts and plant facility modifications.
