Job summary

RHI Magnesita is seeking an experienced Industrial Multicraft Maintenance Technician to support York, PA operations. You will maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and sustain production goals.

The role requires 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance, reading manuals and schematics, PLC and ladder logic knowledge, and the ability to work safely both indoors and outdoors. This on-site position offers growth, training, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Read equipment manuals and schematic prints to perform maintenance
• Plan for spare and wear parts availability
• Adhere to safety policies and use PPE
• Inventory management assistance as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes to improve reliability
• Repair or replace faulty parts using appropriate tools
• Keep detailed maintenance records and parts inventory
