Job summary

Vanguard is seeking an experienced leader for the Multicloud Identity Security Enablement & Assurance group in Malvern. The role focuses on shifting IAM left as a governance partner to enable IT teams to move quickly while ensuring right access across Azure, GCP, and OCI.

The team designs, builds, and deploys secure identity management capabilities, aligning with enterprise security standards and integration with access administration infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience Identity Access Management and/or cloud security.
• Experience with information security, cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, OCI), or IT preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading a Global Agile team (Scrum, Sprints, etc...)

Responsibilities

• Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew.
• Leads the design, build, and deployment of identity and access management capabilities aligned with security standards.
• Directs changes to department policies to meet business needs and objectives.
• Manages resolution of complex security issues elevated from team and clients.
