Job summary

Merkury Innovations, LLC is seeking an experienced e-commerce operations professional to own and optimize marketplace performance across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify platforms from its New York City hub. You will manage listings, pricing, inventory replenishment, and profitability analysis daily.

You will forecast demand, coordinate with suppliers and warehouses, analyze sales trends, and drive improvements to campaigns, content, and reporting. On-site work in NYC five days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Walmart Retail Link, and Shopify.
• Experience with Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, inventory management, and marketplace operations.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of profitability, margins, marketplace fees, and advertising performance.
• Experience troubleshooting marketplace integrations, inventory feeds, and technical issues.
• Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and multiple projects.
• Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Must be available to work on-site in New York City five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Walmart Retail Link, and Shopify.
• Oversee product listings, variations, pricing, content accuracy, and new product launches.
• Manage Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, inventory replenishment, and multichannel fulfillment.
• Forecast inventory requirements, analyze sales trends, and coordinate replenishment orders with suppliers and warehouses.
• Analyze sales performance, advertising efficiency, product profitability, marketplace fees, and margins.
• Troubleshoot inventory feeds, order integrations, APIs, Shopify apps, and marketplace system issues.
• Manage Shopify storefront updates, merchandising, and conversion improvements.
• Coordinate with creative teams and advertising agencies on campaigns, promotions, and content.
• Resolve marketplace catalog, fulfillment, reimbursement, and account issues.
• Build and maintain Excel reports covering sales, inventory, profitability, and performance.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve efficiency, reporting, and workflows.
• Coordinate product review programs and sample shipments.
