Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Strong customer focus under pressure; responsive within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service through multiple channels.
• Respond to voicemails, emails within 24 hours.
• Maintain a polite, helpful manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Process existing customer sales orders per procedures.
• Assist with processing new orders during peak periods.
• Provide technical product support and assist with inquiries.
• Identify solutions to customer complaints and coordinate insurance/billing where needed.
• Cross-train colleagues and maintain department records.
