CN Bank Texas is seeking a Personal Banker Floater to support Teller and New Accounts duties across Rockdale, Brenham, Cameron, and Giddings. You will provide friendly service, open deposits, maintain accounts, and educate customers on digital tools while following bank policies.

This role requires 1 year of cash handling or banking experience, strong interpersonal/communication skills, and a willingness to travel between branches as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of cash handling and/or banking experience.
• Natural desire to help others and build lasting relationships with clients and teammates.
• Responsibility to suggest suitable products, handle fraud concerns, and assist with finances.
• Available to work Saturdays, depending on business needs.
• Willing to travel to different locations within the organization.

Responsabilités

• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service to clients in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Open new deposit accounts for individuals and entities.
• Perform account maintenance on existing deposit accounts.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Educate clients on digital services and self-service options.
• Issue debit cards, order checks, and set up internet banking.
• Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning clients' accounts.
• Answer questions and research transactions while maintaining compliance.
• Process wires and Reg E claims with clients.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Assist with teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, transfers.
• Participate in branch balancing and auditing.
• Promote and sell products such as debit cards, eStatements, checking accounts, CDs.
