Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union in Albuquerque seeks a Full-Time Float Financial Consultant to join our Float Team. The position offers 37-40 hours per week with open availability Monday-Saturday.

You will be a trusted financial resource, using a consultative approach to educate and fulfill members' financial needs while supporting Teller and Platform operations and referring to specialized services as needed. Nusenda offers competitive benefits and a 5% Float Differential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Knowledge of Teller and Platform Operations.
• Ability to provide exceptional service and accurate processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with their financial needs through a consultative approach.
• Educate members on value-added products to meet needs, including accounts and consumer loans.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support the Teller line and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Resolve issues within authority and ensure compliance with policies.
