Nusenda Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Float Financial Consultant to join our Float Team in Albuquerque. The role supports 37-40 hours per week with open availability Monday-Saturday and includes a 5% Float Differential for versatility across branches.

The Financial Consultant provides consultative service to members, educates on products, refers to specialists, and supports teller/platform operations. A high level of accuracy and multi-branch adaptability are required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with their financial needs through a consultative approach.
• Identify and educate members on value-added products/services to meet individual needs.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support the Teller line, as needed.
• Handle problem resolution with your authority level.
• Process transactions with a high degree of accuracy and in compliance with policies.
