Job summary

This role ensures smooth NRO processes and maintains training alignment with Applebee’s brand standards. Working closely with two Field Training managers, field HR, and operations leaders, you’ll organize resources, track training completion, and production-ready documentation while enabling consistent delivery of training content and improving

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• 1–3 years of administrative, training coordination, or HR support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to support training events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, certifications, menu rollouts and development training sessions.
• Conduct in-person and web-based training programs and seminars for leaders and above.
• Track training completion, compliance, and follow-up across 128 restaurants.
• Assist with Certified Training Restaurant assessments and organize documentation.
